Hello! Thank you for visiting my blog. I am a self-proclaimed falafel fanatic, as my blog name suggests. After my favorite middle eastern restaurant closed, I have been searching for the best falafels and Middle Eastern/Mediterranean food. I’ve tried falafels everywhere from New York City to Florence, Italy to the frozen food section at my supermarket. Along with my falafel love, I combine my love for travel and discovering cultures with my Greek/Sicilian/Italian heritage and Indian connection through marriage and develop recipes combining new flavors, old traditions, and healthy substitutions.
